Department Business Continuity Planning Survey

Each WMU department will complete the Influenza Pandemic Business Continuity Planning Department Survey Questionnaire to identify preparedness and training needs. This information contributes to the overall campus-wide planning document detailing the University's response to an influenza pandemic.
