Accounts Payable
Account Payable manages the processing of payments via invoices, vouchers, and purchase on behalf of the University. Our goal is to provide prompt payments to vendors while ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures. Our department also overseas WMU travel process from authorization to reconcilation and reimbursement to Western employees.
Office relocation scheduled for May 8
Friday, May 8, Accounts Payable will be moving our office location from Siebert Administrations building to Campus Services Building—East Campus and will not be available for business on that day.
- On May 8 only—emergency request for Accounts Payble can be address to the Purchasing Office, 7-8800.
- Drop-offs will still be available in the Administration Building and Walwood Hall for afternoon pickup on a permanent basis.
- Mail stop will remain 5208
- Staff email and phone numbers will remain the same.
