Basics of Grant Administration

This session will provide an overview of the sponsored project administration process for unit administrators involved in sponsored project management. The focus will be on post-award functions from financial management during the project to project reporting and closeout. Emphasis is given to the general policies, procedures, and guidelines, rather than to a particular sponsor.

GLOW

This session will provide hands-on training for users of GLOW (General Ledger Operating Web). The focus will be on using GLOW to obtain financial information on a specific sponsored project. Please come prepared with your grant fund/cost center information.

This session will provide an overview of what cost share is and the different types. The session will also provide an overview of F&A costs and how the rate is calculated.
