Account Inquiries - Payment and billing questions should be directed to the Bronco Express Service Team. The Bronco Express Service Team office is located on the first floor of the Bernhard Center - 146. Phone representatives can be reached at (269)387-6000. The BEST office can also be reached by email at wmu-billing@wmich.edu.
Refund Checks - Short Term Loans and refunds are distributed by the Bronco Express Service Team located in the Bernhard Center. Picture identification is required when picking up checks.
