BRONCO EXPRESS SERVICE TEAM - Map to the Bernhard Center
On Monday, November 27,2006, WMU opened the new Bronco Express on the main floor of the Bernhard Center. This permanent new service area is a response to students requests for one, convenient, year - round spot to take care of everyday university business. The Bronco Express staff has been cross-trained to assist students with Financial Aid, Cashiering, and their student account. The Bronco Express will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and no appointment is needed. Bronco Express Service Team phone representatives can be reached at (269)387-6000. Students will be able to:
*apply for financial aid or pick up the appropriate forms
*check on the status of a financial aid application
*confirm dates of financial aid disbursements
*receive unofficial transcripts and ask basic registration questions
*check account balances and get clarification on charges
*make payments on their accounts
*pick up their checks for account refunds
The Bronco Express will replace the drop-in services at the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships and the Cashiering office. The Cashiering office will continue to accept drop-box payments only from WMU departments at 1270 Siebert Administration Building.
